Our Nufarm France HR Department is looking for its new leader to manage  all Human Resources missions and will be the representative of the function with all internal or external bodies, in compliance with legal and contractual obligations and group directives. People & Performance Lead France (f/m/d)  – Colombes hybrid What is possible? Supervise an HR support, develop skills and improve the expertise of team employees for the entire population of France, i.e. the 2 sites (1 head office in IDF and 1 factory in Normandy): Be the representative of the function with employees, managers, hierarchy and external representatives Define and implement the company's social policy in conjunction with the Management Committee Define the organization of work with managers Manage the staff representative bodies of the 2 sites and the central CSE in order to maintain a quality social dialogue Ensure the negotiation of company agreements and be the guarantor of all legal social obligations Initiate and ensure the deployment of HR projects France Deploy European HR projects for France Be in charge of HR development and compensation processes: salary review, bonus, talent review, succession planning, etc. Supervise the payroll of the 2 sites Negotiate with external service providers: mutual insurance, provident insurance, employee savings, etc. Case-by-case management of departures, disciplinary procedures, individual cases, litigation Answer questions from employees on all HR aspects and support managers on daily basis in their missions What do you bring? At least 10 years' experience in general HR management Written and oral communication Negotiation, diplomacy and impartiality Know how to work remotely with employees and managers Privacy management Deep knowledge in Labor law.
