With a competitive coverage of Trading Houses, Producers, Majors, Utilities, Merchants, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, and Brokerages, Redstone Commodity Search can confidently offer you an edge in today’s volatile market.Redstone Commodity Search is working with an international trading house looking to hire a regional financial controller/director to join the team in Baar, Switzerland.Key Responsibilities / TasksFinancial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.Budget Management: Collaborate in the development of annual budgets, monitor budget performance, and conduct variance analysis.Treasury Management: Manage daily cash flow, optimize fund allocation, and liaise with local banks for fundraising and related compliance.Tax and Compliance: Oversee tax planning, audits, and statutory compliance to ensure adherence to Swiss financial regulations.MIS Reporting: Provide management with insightful MIS reports related to financial performance, procurement, and other key metrics.Reports into CFO.Key Qualifications / ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/ACCA preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in the agricultural trading or related industry.Proficiency in English (read/write/speak) and fluent in French (speak/read).Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP; familiarity with Swiss financial regulations.Experience with ERP systems and financial software packages.Analytical, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a multicultural and dynamic work environment.Must be located in Baar, Switzerland. #J-18808-Ljbffr
