Our customers are large beauty, perfume, natural ingredients, food&beverage and neutraceuticals companies. To advance space exploration, we work with space agencies and private companies and provide them bio-farming units to grow efficiently food for astronaut and/or conduct research on impact of microgravity on plant molecular composition. ABOUT THE ROLE Interstellar Lab is searching for a forward-thinking Supply Chain Planner to join our supply chain team. As a Supply Chain Planner, you'll play a vital role in forecasting demand for materials, ensuring a smooth production flow, and preventing stockouts or overstocking. RESPONSIBILITIES Create and manage bill of materials in MRP systems Analyze production schedules and forecasts to determine material requirements. Develop and maintain production plans that optimize material usage and on-time delivery. Identify potential bottlenecks in the supply chain and develop solutions. Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock without overspending. Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure seamless material flow. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a science discipline. Minimum 3+ years of experience in material planning or production scheduling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of production planning principles and techniques. Proficient in forecasting and inventory management software (e.g., MRP). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
