MASTERIS, through its Rail Logistique et Travaux Ferroviaires department, supports its customers in these changes and offers new services adapted to these needs.In this context, maintenance engineering plays a central role:By guaranteeing ever more efficient maintenance (reliability and optimum availability of rolling stock),By enabling the integration of technological evolutions throughout the product life cycle.Masteris is looking for an engineering project manager to support its main customers in maintenance engineering issues. As such, here are your missions:Lead or contribute to the submission of technical and commercial bids,Program, pilot and manage contracts signed by MASTERIS.The main subjects dealt with are maintenance engineering subjects: Reliability / Obsolescence management / Safety / Modification management / PMS (Synthetic Maintenance Plans) management / REX (Feedback).Upstream of the sale:Receive requests from customers or prospectsProvide input on engineering issues of relevance to customersHelp customers define their needsBusiness and study management :Analyze specificationsProduce sales responses and combine them with technical offersManage projects in collaboration with various partners within the SNCF groupParticipate in the analysis of experience feedback (REX) and propose solutions for optimizing equipment maintenance.Ensure the link with the client in the follow-up of the contractEnsure compliance with QCD commitmentsTrack economic data (orders, invoices)Other tasks :Produce an economic balance sheet for the area under managementBuilding customer loyalty through a climate of trustOccasional travel in France to manage business (customers and suppliers).Profile:Expected Know-How / Expertise:Knowledge of railway rolling stockMastering the railway environmentKnowledge of CMMS toolsBusiness and contract managementProficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of ECE 2019-779 regulations would be an assetYou fit the profile?
