As part of a replacement and to support the Group’s international development and the deployment of a major HRIS project, join us as an International Human Resources Manager (m/f) within the International Industry HR team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the International Industry HR Director, you will join a team of 6 people, and you will participate in the deployment of the Group’s HR strategy within the international industrial subsidiaries in your geographical scope (Egypt) :

  • Support to the local HR teams : Identify and support HR projects (recruitment, Talent Management, C&B,, training design...) to be implemented based on the Group’s strategy and operational challenges
  • Talent Management : support the expatriate population in your scope and ensure the deployment and compliance with the international mobility policy
  • Capitalization and cultural adaptation : Contribute to the broadcast of best HR practices and ensure the proper consideration of the intercultural dimension in Group projects to facilitate their local deployment

In addition, you will be the HRIS (Workday) project coordinator for the entire International Industrial scope (7 countries) :

  • Coordination and consistency of the project : Lead the HR teams involved in the Workday project and ensure proper coordination within the scope between Group BPOs and International BPOs, while facilitating the expression of needs and ensuring coherence
  • Follow-up and reporting : Ensure a frequent report on the projet to the International Industry HR Director and alert her to any bottlenecks, and depending on your profile, hold the BPO role on the Administrative Management module for the International scope

BACKGROUND

  • With a Master’s degree in Human Resources, you have at least 7 years of confirmed experience in HR development missions with a strong international focus, as an industrial site HR Manager or HR development Manager
  • You are agile in a matrix environment
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your listening, autonomy, and proactivity
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and have a real aptitude for managing complex projects in a multicultural environment
  • You have contributed to the deployment of an HRIS (ideally Workday) as a project manager or BPO, or you were a key user
  • You speak English and French fluently

PLACE OF WORK

La Roche-sur-Yon (85), Nantes (44), or Arcueil (94). Frequent international travels (1 week every 2 months).
