À propos de notre client Our client, a leading manufacturer & distributor of consumer care products with a large presence in Africa is currently expanding their distribution in North Africa. Due to this expansion, they are currently seeking a Director of Finance to drive their financial management and strategic development of their core business in Cairo, Egypt, while covering the entire North African region. Description Reporting directly to the General Manager - North Africa, you will be responsible for carrying out the below duties:Driving financial management for two distribution facilities of North Africa, ensuring IFRS, local GAAP compliancesEffectively working with the executive team to drive growth in the business based on financial strategiesAbility to work with the financial controlling team on identifying financial opportunities to increase market shareResponsible for analyzing and preparing financial forecasts and cost optimizationAble to conduct financial risk assessment reportsCollaborating with internal & external auditing institutions, ensuring that tax regulations and financial compliance are in line with the group policies Profil recherché You bring 10+ years of working experience as a Director of Finance with a proven track record working for multinationals in the FMCG sector, covering North AfricaExcellent fluency in English and French is requiredPrevious experience working within the cosmetics or personal care industry is a bonusExperience working in a Financial controlling role is preferredSelf-motivated individual who also has great leadership skillsYou are an advanced user of MS Office, including Excel or similar softwareRole is based in Egypt, but will require traveling across North African countries Conditions et Avantages Competitive local package + benefits and bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
