This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future. It’s an opportunity to be part of something special. Position Haleon France is looking for a Junior Brand Manager for ProRhinel. Responsibilities Driving execution of programs and plans with excellence (including media, creative development, and digital initiatives) in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager. Assessing the impact of all marketing activities/programs and identifying areas for improvements of next marketing initiatives. Collaborating cross-functionally as “One team” with sales, regulatory, R&D, expert teams, and NRM to ensure alignment and successful execution. Collaborating with the sales team to drive strong customer engagement and in-store support. Managing brand equity through effective creation of assets. Implementing market activation both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL), managing agency and brand budget. Basic Qualifications: Scientific Educational background (Pharma or Engineer) with marketing master's degree or Commercial educational. 2+ years of brand marketing management experience. Experience in pharmacy & healthcare (Medical Device or OTC) is required. Analytics skills. Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications leading to brand share growth. Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Good communicator. Fluent in French and English. Competency with Microsoft Office suite and panel tools such as GERS, IQVIA, IRI, or Kantar. What We Offer Includes: Exciting ambition to make a positive impact on global health.
