Responsibilities Driving execution of programs and plans with excellence (including media, creative development, and digital initiatives) in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager. Assessing the impact of all marketing activities/programs and identifying areas for improvements of next marketing initiatives. Collaborating cross-functionally as “One team” with sales, regulatory, R&D, expert teams, and NRM to ensure alignment and successful execution. Collaborating with the sales team to drive strong customer engagement and in-store support. Managing brand equity through effective creation of assets. Implementing market activation both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL), managing agency and brand budget. Basic Qualifications: Scientific Educational background (Pharma or Engineer) with marketing master's degree or Commercial educational. 2+ years of brand marketing management experience. Experience in pharmacy & healthcare (Medical Device or OTC) is required. Analytics skills. Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications leading to brand share growth. Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Good communicator. Fluent in French and English. Competency with Microsoft Office suite and panel tools such as GERS, IQVIA, IRI, or Kantar. What We Offer Includes: Exciting ambition to make a positive impact on global health.
