Under the leadership of the Global IS/IT Infrastructure Design Manager for Identity, Workplace & Datacenter, the Identity Architect is responsible to: Define & provide the domain’s service offerings, ensuring a regular technological watch in order to be able to propose future evolutions of the identity service, in line with business strategy and needs and in coordination with Cybersecurity teams. Contribute to the correct delivery of projects according to the cost, time, quality and value criteria. Participate to project Steercos, potential RFPs and make the necessary configurations in the systems. Bring expertise and L3 support to the operations teams and make the transition from new IT services to operations (20%). Main activities include: TECHNICAL OFFER DEFINITION Define, build specifications and improve the directory service of the identities of OPmobility group and the computer technologies associated with this scope. Define specifications for its own systems Collaborate with Cyber and IT experts in global architecture for its domain (internally & externally) Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to define the necessary security rules to protect the directory service and implement required solutions. Organize a structured techwatch for its technical domain. PROJECT CONTRIBUTION Advise on the definition of technical and financial resources necessary to achieve mission and projects and contribute to suppliers sourcing and management. Design the software changes Ensure regular reporting of activity and scope to management according to the KPIs in place. EXPERTISE SHARING Provide effective support to IT operation Teams. Participate to training design and delivery to the IT teams Profile and main experiences: Master’s degree/Engineering degree, ideally in information systems. Experience of operating within global companies with matrix organizations (multi-regional and multi-divisions). At least 5 years as IT Identity Architect in environments showing similarities with the automotive sector Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID. Cyberark, PAM/Active roles, as well as security solutions associated with identity Key behavioral competencies: Strong communication and pedagogical skills. Ability to develop effective relationships with different stakeholders, across different operating BGs, functions and geographies. Curiosity/ innovation skills and capacity to conduct techwatch and stay ahead of technological changes. Ability to drive positive change through influence and convincing. Service mentality, and continuous Improvement mindset. Consistently drives for results with a record of successful deliveries & accomplishments. Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment. Analytical, structured & process oriented. Able to work with multicultural teams. Proficient in English (TOEIC 800), another language is a plus.
