Job Description You join the Agency & Solutions team as an Agent Manager – Structured Commodities. This team is dedicated to the implementation and monitoring of agent structured finance on the Global Trade Structured Export Solutions & Commodity Trade Finance perimeter and Real Assets. Daily, you are responsible for: Ensuring the responsibility, in collaboration with the project managers, of a portfolio of files; Carrying out the implementation and compliance control of the portfolio; Monitor the portfolio: syndication, amendments, contractual obligations of the borrower, reporting, management of commitments by signature and guarantees received, etc.; Contribute to cross-functional projects beyond the scope of the team’s intervention. To carry out your function, you are the privileged interface of the Front Office, whose issues and problems you know how to understand, but also of your client and other actors and stakeholders internal and/or external to the Bank (banks, legal department, back office, risk department, treasury, branches, lawyers), with whom you know how to communicate in the interest of funded projects and Natixis. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us! With a higher education, you have a first successful experience in the field of financing, ideally within a finance middle office and/or in connection with commodity financing. You are familiar with: Syndicated loans; Analysis of contractual documentation in English; Specialized financial packages; Standard office tools and, ideally, VBA. You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are: Sensitive to commercial issues; Organized, reliable and rigorous; Motivated by teamwork.
