Swile is searching for a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to bolster our team and contribute to our secure architecture.Conduct architecture design reviews to enhance our security posture.Collaborate with platform engineers and developers to promote secure design methodologies.Stay updated on cutting-edge Cloud architectures and ensure their secure deployment and maintenance.Provide technical leadership and consultation for secure technology deployment.Drive the adoption of security architecture initiatives across the organization.Develop and implement data protection strategies for cloud environments, including encryption, tokenization, and key management.Lead incident response activities related to cloud security incidents and conduct root cause analysis.Evaluate cybersecurity tools to enhance technical control sets.Communicate technical security issues effectively to management and technical stakeholders.Identify security vulnerabilities and guide remediation efforts.Improve and automate detection and response.Validate reference architectures for security best practices.It will be a perfect match if you haveProven, extensive, and hands-on experience securing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with global multi-cloud architectures security.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Working experience with programming languages like Python or Go.Working experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi...Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related discipline or 10+ years of previous technical experience, specifically security architecture experience.If you are a future responsible swiler: you share our commitment to the environment, diversity, fairness, and inclusion and are prepared to work every day to improve individual and collective performance.One thing worth mentioningWe welcome individuals with entrepreneurial backgrounds as well as those from established organizations.
