You will be responsible for client’s production on critical and high stakes businesslines. This involves closely working with client’s internal teams to drive growth and address concerns efficiently:Deploy our solution in client infrastructure, at the multiple steps of the sales process (POC / Implementation / Production). Clients’ infrastructure include bare metal environments, VM, clouds (AWS, AZURE, Google Cloud Platform). As an Implementation support Engineer you master the deployment framework of opensee, using the house-built CLI for deployment on bare metal, and inside k8s on cloud. This applies as well to our SaaS platform available on Google Cloud Platform.Integrate our solution within the client’s environment, which includes:Advise the client on how to integrate Opensee to customer data processes/flows, troubleshoot, and Fine tuning the ingestion of Data at our clientsAdvise our client on the best practice for using the platform in an efficient manner, troubleshooting of the platform and fine tuning performance on the data visualisation side.As an Implementation support engineer, you are the owner of client’s implementation success on the technical side, with the role of:Training the client IT Team for them to take ownership of the deployment process and all ops related task for the platform such as:high availability setupresiliency setupdisaster recovery managementinfrastructure configuration and troubleshootingTroubleshooting any issue encountered on:the list above, the infrastructure, network, services failure, replication system issues, data corruption, API or SQL query performancesAdvising the client on best practices, and fine tuning the performances of platform on both writing and reading sideSupport the clients on a daily baisisKeywords: linux, bash, python pandas, ops, devops, BigData, database, docker, kubernetes, AWS, AZURE,GCP, CloudProfilAbout youInterest: You like to have your hands dirty from system to database internal behaviour passing by firewalls and ssh tunnels on multiple environments?
