As a Human Resources Officer, you will be part of our HR Team, providing top-quality support service to the firm in the full range of HR functions. You will work in tandem with our HR manager, acting as a key reference person on payroll and benefits topics as well as people administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with external providers to process the monthly payroll of the firm in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing and contributing to the continuous improvement of the benefits program
- Ensuring smooth collaboration with external organisations and internal departments to manage people administration properly
- Dealing with all types of time and absences requests
- Preparing and processing HR documents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Drafting and distributing HR internal communications
- Participating in various HR projects and initiatives

Key requirements:
- A Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in the relevant field with a proven track record in processing monthly payroll
- Knowledge of social security and labour law and their application in Luxembourg
- A wish to develop your expertise in talent management
- Ability to develop strong partnerships with colleagues across the firm
- Outstanding ethics, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Highly numerate with exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible, autonomous with great team-player abilities
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and French are mandatory in both written and spoken
- Good skills in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
