Human Resources Officer specialised in Compensation, Benefits and People Administration sought to join HR team in Luxembourg-based top-tier firm.

As a Human Resources Officer, you will be part of our HR Team, providing top-quality support service to the firm in the full range of HR functions. You will work in tandem with our HR manager, acting as a key reference person on payroll and benefits topics as well as people administration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with external providers to process the monthly payroll of the firm in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing and contributing to the continuous improvement of the benefits program
  • Ensuring smooth collaboration with external organisations and internal departments to manage people administration properly
  • Dealing with all types of time and absences requests
  • Preparing and processing HR documents
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Drafting and distributing HR internal communications
  • Participating in various HR projects and initiatives

Key requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in the relevant field with a proven track record in processing monthly payroll
  • Knowledge of social security and labour law and their application in Luxembourg
  • A wish to develop your expertise in talent management
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with colleagues across the firm
  • Outstanding ethics, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Highly numerate with exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible, autonomous with great team-player abilities
  • Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English and French are mandatory in both written and spoken
  • Good skills in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
