Claims Executive - German

With more strong growth projected over the next few years our client is looking for a multi lingual Claims Executive to join their expanding teamResponsibilities1. Assess and process international claims according to relevant policyterms and conditions.2. Process and decision claims over the delegation for all internationalbusiness based on recommendation received and accordingto the relevant policy terms and conditions.3. Ensure 24 hour turnaround in all claims processing4. Implement the Clear to Zero claims process5. Review medical questionnaire when required and have the ability tomake decisions within authority limit.6. Refer all cases above your authority, with a recommendation, for sign-off by the Claims Supervisor.7. Log all customer complaintsREQUIREMENTS1. Minimum of 12 months claims experience2.
