Own strategy for the recruitment process to attract diverse and exceptional talent; guide managers across the organisation to build out lean teams and identify gaps where new resources are needed. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Sorare’s overall employer branding strategy.Employee Journey and Workplace. Collaborate with leadership on people initiatives integral to the company’s overall goals and cultivate a positive workplace culture that reflects Sorare’s values. You will also work on various manager empower initiatives, optimise performance management systems to drive exceptional performance and oversee our competitive compensation and benefits programs.Operations and Compliance.
