Technical Program Manager - Cloud (Paris)

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in cloud computing to join our dynamic team in our Paris office. Reporting to our Head of Engineering, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex technical programs, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities Own the relationships with major cloud providers for smooth deployment of our models on their platforms. Develop, maintain and execute detailed release and program plans, identifying potential risks and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to stakeholders. Drive the deployment of new models and MistralAI software within our partners' ecosystem, identifying engineering dependencies and channeling the interaction between teams. Ensure the best level of interaction with our partners and their highest level of satisfaction. Monitor and report on program performance using key metrics and dashboards, ensuring transparency and visibility. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles to ensure fast and smooth program execution. Additional missions could include supporting the team on the management of our cloud capacity planning (for e.g. building dashboards to track & measure our cloud capacity planning and allocate compute capacity according to needs). Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management with a focus on cloud computing. Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their application in a business context. Proven ability to manage complex technical programs from inception to delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
