Job Description Under the responsibility of the VP M&A and in a "dotted line" relationship with the VP Small Catalog Strategy & Operations, the Catalog Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in launching and executing Group’s small catalogs acquisition strategy. Key Responsibilities: Deal sourcing & qualification: Develop smart financial models and catalog analysis tools to support deal qualification Manage deal pipeline and qualify deals based on a defined set of criteria Deal execution: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and valuations of potential music catalog acquisitions Coordinate and oversee the conduct of the due diligence process, including financial, legal, and tax reviews Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Support the Country General Manager in negotiating the deal terms and structure, with the assistance of the Catalogue Acquisition lawyer Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Business, Legal, Finance and Product) to ensure thorough evaluation and execution of catalog transactions Post deal integration and performance monitoring Supervise the integration of acquired assets, in close collaboration with the Small Catalog Acquisition deal team Monitor post-acquisition performance and provide ongoing analysis and reporting Qualifications Chez believe, notre leitmotiv est simple: ouverture d’esprit, passion et implication!
