You will act as the primary liaison among Finance, Strategic Business Units, and various business divisions, ensuring seamless integration with consolidation, accounting, treasury, and tax departments. You will oversee critical processes including the Monthly Management Report for the Executive Committee and Board, the Group Strategic Plan, and the Budget and Forecast, focusing on data consolidation and variance analysis to enhance reporting and managerial insights. With a global scope encompassing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow, your role is integral to the success of our worldwide operations. As Adisseo embarks on a transformation of its Financial Information System, you will be instrumental in developing new dashboarding tools, shifting the emphasis from data reconciliation to data analysis—a vital support for informed business decision-making. Your technical acumen and enthusiasm for leveraging advanced tools will be invaluable in this endeavor. Main Skills Profile We are seeking an experienced FP&A Controller with over 6 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an advanced 5-year degree in Controlling/Accounting and be proficient with a suite of financial tools including SAP, BI, Power BI, and PPT, with exceptional Excel modeling skills. Strong communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
