Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)Your roleJoining ARCHIMED Consulting team, you will play a leading role to drive successful adoption of internal tools & processes. Your main goal will be to accompany the company’s fast scale-up by driving internal change and contributing to leverage digital tools.Through your fine understanding of our business needs and a constant attention to operational performance, you will set-up and disseminate efficient business processes across the company.Your key responsibilities will include:Audit our investment tools & processes and their usageRecommend improvements in our processes & KPIs and formalize them into guidelinesRecommend evolutions in our dashboards & digital platforms to maximize usage, acting as a bridge between our Investment team and our Data & IT team Communicate on the vision & rationale for the implementation of new processesEngage with users constantly to understand and foster their adoption of tools & processesKeep our fast-growing team up to speed by designing and delivering digital and in-person trainingsMonitor operational performance by watching KPIs and adjusting your actions accordinglyAs ARCHIMED is expanding, there will be many opportunities for role evolution and development.Requirements5 years of experience in change management with strong exposure to digital projects, within a consulting firm, a corporate or a scale-up Master’s degree in Management, Business or related fieldStrong analytical & problem-solving skillsStrong communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and to manage conflicting demands Positive and can-do attitudeAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsFluent English #J-18808-Ljbffr
