Mission & Main Responsibilities
Drive the Business Group Supply Chain Department to maximize supply chain performance (quality, costs, delays, customer satisfaction) and ensure long term competitiveness of Business Group on supply chain aspects.
Defines and leads the deployment of BG Supply Chain strategy, ensuring proper alignment with all stakeholders, mainly Operations, Programs & Industrial.
Leads identification, definition and deployment of optimal practices in all aspects of internal & external supply chain from Acquisitions to Program Development and Serial Life.
Leads the central Supply Chain team and the Supply Chain network to reach targeted industrial and economic performance.
Profile
Wide understanding of supply-chain concepts (both physical & information flows).
Management experience in multi-cultural environments / Leadership.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Analytic skills / Sense of priorities.
Willing to travel extensively (>50%).
Similar position in another industrial company & or BU/Regional supply-chain manager.
