Location: Paris, France Language: French and English Type of Contract: Full-Time Non-Exempt Role Reports To: Senior Team Lead (Supply Chain Mapping and Product Traceability) Airswift is proud to be retained by a supply chain mapping and product traceability solutions provider that enables companies to discover, analyze, and monitor all suppliers, components, and facilities in the entire supply chain. The Associate will help clients map and manage their extended supply chain by connecting with suppliers, assisting suppliers with creating their platform’s accounts, sharing their information and using the platform. The Associate will proactively engage with suppliers to share best practices, assist with client requests, enhance their relationship with their clients, and manage their own suppliers, if appropriate. What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:Proactively service and support the company’s suppliers.Conduct training on products via phone, web based and face-to-face meetings.Collect supplier subscription fees and renewals via outreach efforts.Proactively analyze customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement.Research and develop various resources and reference documents for clients.Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy procedures and meeting QMS and ISMS objectives.All employees have a professional duty to provide any information related to security issues, incidents or situations that present a potential security risk to the ISO Team, the company’s Management or their Supervisor. Other tasks and projects as directed by management. What We Expect from You:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.Bilingual (verbal and written) in English and French. Languages like Italian and Spanish are a plus.Previous customer service experience.Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail applications.Demonstrated personal initiative.Proficient presentation skills.Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility.Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Up to 10% travel for work in a global scale.
