With a competitive coverage of Trading Houses, Producers, Majors, Utilities, Merchants, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, and Brokerages, Redstone Commodity Search can confidently offer you an edge in today’s volatile market.Redstone Commodity Search is working with an international steel trading company looking to hire a Senior Contract Administrator to join their London team.Key Responsibilities / TasksDealing with logistics and operations such as scheduling, letters of credit, bank contracts, bills of exchange, and bills of lading.Contract monitoring, execution, and addressing complaints/issues from clients.Shipping and invoicing documentation – ensuring timely document preparation, payment collection, and cargo release activities of metals such as steel, iron ore, pig iron, scrap metals, or other ferrous metals.Liaising with banks regarding new business requests, payment/finance requests, loans, and documentation such as letters of credit confirmation and discounting.Role reports to the Managing Director.Key Qualifications / ExperienceExperience within a commodity trading and/or shipping environment is preferred.Strong commercial sense within metals (preferably within steel, iron ore, pig iron, scrap metals, or other ferrous metals).Specific experience with invoicing and documentation such as letters of credit, bills of exchange, and bills of lading.Knowledge on issuing certificates, including Certificates of Insurance and Certificates of Origin.Located in London.If you match the job description and are keen on applying for this role, please send us a copy of your resume/cover letter to [email protected] or submit your application through the Vacancy Form. #J-18808-Ljbffr
