With its subsidiary CEVA Logistics, a world leader in logistics, and its air freight division CMA CGM AIR CARGO, the CMA CGM Group is continually innovating to offer its customers a complete and increasingly efficient range of new shipping, land, air and logistics solutions.Committed to the energy transition in shipping, and a pioneer in the use of alternative fuels, the CMA CGM Group has set a target to become Net Zero Carbon by 2050.Through the CMA CGM Foundation, the Group acts in humanitarian crises that require an emergency response by mobilizing the Group’s shipping and logistics expertise to bring humanitarian supplies around the world.Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located.Open position on fixed-term contract with prospects of permanent contractTHE ROLEReporting to the Head of Contracts within the "Contracts and Projects" Legal Department, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and managing legal risks for the various activities and companies of the CMA CGM Group, particularly in the NTIC and Cybersecurity sectors.RESPONSIBILITIESAs a genuine partner to operational staff and management (particularly the IT, Purchasing and Cybersecurity Departments), you will be responsible for :Structuring, drafting, negotiating and concluding all types of IT and digital contracts and projects (Saas, integration, hosting, website/application development, etc.),Taking part in, advising and assisting operational staff in the development of innovative projects and digital transformation, particularly in the context of the development of Artificial Intelligence, identifying and assessing risks, and proposing solutions and recommendations,Monitor cybersecurity regulations,Preventing and reacting to e-reputation threats, cybersquatting, data leaks and fraud,Train operational staff and raise their awareness of legal issues relating to their activities,Manage any pre-litigation and litigation within the scope of your role.You will develop a strategic and trust-based relationship with your key internal contacts and the various stakeholders in order to deliver appropriate legal support and advice.PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS5 years' higher education in business law, contract law and/or the law of new technologies, ideally supplemented by a common law course abroad (US/UK LLM) or a business school.You will already have significant experience in a major international industrial group and/or in a leading law firm.You have a perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken (you are able to draft and negotiate the Group's contracts in either English or French) and are familiar with the usual IT tools.Reactive, curious and enterprising, you will be able to put forward proposals and take the initiative to present solutions that meet both the legislation and the contractual requirements of the CMA CGM Group.Synthetic, very rigorous, conscientious and organised, your interpersonal (dialogue and negotiation) and writing skills enable you to be autonomous in your areas of responsibility.Your team spirit, solidarity, dynamism and adaptability are key assets in the success of this long-term assignment within a dedicated and motivated team of 8 employees.Explore more InfoSec / Cybersecurity career opportunitiesFind even more open roles in Ethical Hacking, Pen Testing, Security Engineering, Threat Research, Vulnerability Management, Cryptography, Digital Forensics and Cyber Security in general - ordered by popularity of job title or skills, toolset and products used - below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
