This is a really exciting time to join our company, since our founding in 2000 we have gone from strength-to-strength and have lots of exciting developments coming up soon that you could be a part of.The Project Officer (m/f/d), also known as Doc Controller, manages the documentation of our clients' infrastructure and construction projects.Location: Bucharest OR ParisDepartment: SalesContract: PermanentWhat your day will look likeWriting procedures and tutorialsManagement and coordination of provisional listsUser and administrator trainingCustomer relations: interface, advice, etc.Monitor the proper use of the EDM tool by all usersImplementation and production of reports / KPIs for customersDocument management, control and monitoring of document qualityAlert and follow-up on deliverablesAssistance with DOE preparationGED administration (multi-platform)Collaborate remotely with local and international teams.Ensure effective and regular communication with head office.Respect local compliance and regulatory requirements.Actively participate in virtual meetings and online training.What you need to fulfill the roleDemonstrated ability to approach tasks with energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in work.Capable of working independently and taking initiative to drive project tasks forward.Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities, project requirements, and environments.Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
