Sales Director (H/F)

MissionsAs Sales Director, you will be in charge of fueling Onepilot's growth by addressing product or service-related e-merchants: e-commerce, travel, telco, mobility, finance, insurance...You will work directly with Pierre Latscha - co-founder and CCO and carry out the entire sales cycle for the French market: prospecting, demonstration, commercial proposal, and closing.Your buyer personas will be E-commerce Manager, Customer Care Manager, COO, CEO, CCO, Marketing Manager, and Procurement Manager...You will candidate for tenders (RFI, RFP…) and conduct more complex sales proposals.You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the market access strategy (KPI, Persona, USP…) and participate in marketing and growth actions.You will be responsible for reporting and forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Conditions & BenefitsAn attractive package with equity (RTT, Swile card, Alan mutuelle, Gymlib membership, MacBook).Your variable salary will be based on the MRR you generate.Flexible remote policy.HR review twice a year with large career progression.Regular team events (all-hands, offsite, workshops…).Minimum Requirements5 years’ experience minimum in BtoB sales: SaaS and/or e-commerce sales and/or Outsourcing.You have an eagerness to work in a startup team environment, dynamic and ambitious.You want to grow fast, learn, and quickly gain responsibilities.You love the fundamentals of sales, measuring what works, and being in front of potential clients.Stellar presenter and comfort with executive-level interaction.You like to be challenged and to push yourself.You are fluent in both French and English.Interview ProcessFirst interview to introduce the company and answer any questions.Case study to prepare for the second interview with your manager.Final interview with a member of the Onepilot team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
