If so, this is the opportunity for you! Singulier is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and board leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling a profitable company with direct exposure to top executives, reporting directly to the COO. We collaborate with our clients to establish task forces that can perform strategic digital operations resulting in rapid and sustainable impact. Digital expertise is at the heart of Singulier's value proposition, and we currently have 4 practices that house our expertise - Media and Marketing, Tech & Data, Customer Strategy, and Strategy. Our diverse team of approximately 80 professionals based in London, Paris & Munich includes experts in a number of fields, including business strategy, digital media, product, UX, technology and data science. Our members are graduates of the best business and engineering schools and possess extensive experience in the field. Founded in 2017, we have grown rapidly and are currently expanding to Germany. Key Responsibilities Support CEO and broader leadership team: Manage and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle all aspects of travel planning, including booking trains, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries. Process and manage expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Office Management and Events: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and positive work environment. Organize and execute company events, from monthly team meetings to large corporate functions. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is always well-stocked and equipped. Liaise with building management and external vendors to resolve any office-related issues. Work with relevant Partners to set up new offices as relevant. Coordinate company-wide meetings and events, including bi-annual office parties. Light IT Support: Manage computer inventory and purchasing. Manage first level IT support, including setting up new accounts and referring IT tickets to second level IT support as needed (full training provided). Manage relationship with key vendors (e.g. printer, internet provider). People Onboarding & Offboarding Management: Work with HR team to manage onboarding and offboarding process, including coordinating the signing and distribution of documents and managing relevant enrollment processes. Requirements Required Skills and Experience: At least 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Excellent spirit of collaboration and teamwork. Extremely organised, diligent, and patient with a strong attention to detail. Fluent in English and French. Must be available to come to the office in Paris at least 4 days per week. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other office software. Comfort with IT and willingness to learn new technologies. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Recommended Skills and Experience: Experience in an entrepreneurial environment. Basic IT troubleshooting skills. An international background and the ability to grow and be successful in multicultural organisations. Availability to travel to London or Munich from time-to-time.
