Your next challengeAdd business contextWhat you’ll be doing:As one of the senior leaders of Pluxee Global Payment Competence Centre the candidate will be eager to accelerate our path to digitalization of payments, promoting the most seamless secure and rewarding experience across all our stakeholders, by holding the following key responsibilities:• Align & deliver complex inter-company projects centered around payment & product capacities and shape the next page of our roadmap for payments• Dynamically engage & participate in strategic ventures and large countries scopes with multi-level engagement• Contribute on the strategic roadmap, Drive & promote internally the development of our global solutions & payment assets, engaging CxO levels in shaping the path to accelerate our growth and reinforce the business efficiency• Provide a convergence roadmap in collaboration with the relevant global and local streams, focused on new global payment components linked to the payment functions from middle-office components in line with the global architecture• Align demand to ensure alignment with global strategy & ways of working• Plan & organize the execution roadmap for our key geographies in a programmatic way, keeping in mind efficiencies, resource plan, budgets and deadlines• Coordinate stakeholders across the delivery chain• Consolidate budgets and resourcesThis role will work with a team of international, multi-skilled and multi-cultural team of talents according to the requirements of the projects.Other responsibilities under the position will include the following points (but not restricted to):• Set ambitions, strategic roadmap and defend priorities in relation with local & global stakeholders and Payment Competence Center Head,• Direct complex & long-term payment projects with a capability to provide clarity & vision of expectations & intermediate milestones, as well as collaborating with multiple local & global teams, challenging assumptions in a spirit of progress & continuous improvement• Collaborate to the payment innovation streams to develop our Assets & Products and continuously improve & leverage the untapped potential of our partners capabilities & networks (such as Visa, Mastercard, or Zeta).• Collaborate and contribute on the strategic vision, be a referent / evangelist for best practices and an internal proponent of the lead payment initiatives process.• Coordinate fully with the global teams, Product, Payment Solutions, etc. to ensure the proper solutioning, costs, timelines and prioritization aligned with our product’s roadmap and maximum reusability of standardized global solutions available “off-the-shelf”• Ensure timely delivery of the projects by coordinating with the Payment Assets team, Digital Factory, and the contracted vendors / partners’ ecosystems involved in the make-up of the Digital Payment Platform• Be a leader of the BRS Global Payment Community, to provide relevant and regular information to the rest of the company to stay ahead of the curve and ‘decrypt’ payments.
