Compliance & Regulatory Coordinator

Title: Compliance and Regulatory Coordinator Company: Boutique Asset Management Location: Paris, France Our client is seeking Group Compliance & Policy Coordinator to join their team in Paris. They are an equity focused boutique asset management, 100%-owned by their employees and founders. With more than 30 different nationalities, you are joining a highly diverse and global environment. Also from a regulatory perspective, with clients and investments across the world. You will play an vital part in researching regulatory and compliance topics, and maintaining Group policies and guidelines. Whilst also coordinate marketing and advertising compliance and oversee coordination on data protection cross entities. Responsibilities You will be reviewing, drafting, and monitoring Group level regulations and policies pertaining to the services and asset management activities, in coordination with other Group entities. You act as a sparring partner for employees and senior management, emphasising strong communication skills. You are an internal expert on industry regulations and guidelines regarding marketing and advertising materials, as well as cross-border commercial compliance. You maintain compliance guidelines and approval procedures for the Group's marketing and communications activities. You will collaborate with the other business entities and control functions to evaluate current processes, identify areas of improvements and implement solutions. Skills and Qualifications You have a minimum 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role within the financial services industry. You have excellent research and analytic skills. Your English verbal and written skills are exceptional You can work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams You are detail oriented and able to multitask. You hold proficiency in Microsoft Office.
