Under the responsibility of the Chief Innovation & Architecture Officer, you play a central role in the innovation and technological development of the company and contribute to the realization of innovations aligned with BeeBryte’s strategic objectives.You will be responsible for co-creating and driving the innovation process, its formalization, and its implementation into concrete action. You will supervise and participate in Research & Development projects, ensure technological monitoring, and actively contribute to the advancement of research projects by following associated performance indicators.Activities & Missions:Co-creation and Driving of Innovation:Formalization of the Innovation Strategy: Participate in defining and implementing the innovation strategy, in alignment with the company’s objectives and in agreement with BeeBryte’s innovation committee.Co-construction of the Innovation Process: Work in collaboration with teams to formalize the innovation processes, from design to implementation, by mobilizing internal and external skills.Driving the Innovation Approach: Organize brainstorming sessions, collaborative workshops, and events to stimulate creativity and innovation within the team.
