Job Title: IT Systems Analyst Location: Sophia-Antipolis, France Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will help us guide the best way to manage and optimize various IT systems and services, including Windows Update for Business, Windows Subsystem for Linux, Apple Business Manager, Group Policy Object (GPO) transition to Intune Policies, Remote Desktop for Apple devices as well as migration to an ARM architecture. Key Responsibilities: Windows Update for Business: How best to configure and manage Windows Update for Business policies using Microsoft Intune. Define what to monitor and report on update deployments and compliance. Improve the user experience optimizing troubleshooting update-related issues. Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL): Evaluate and guide implementation of WSL. Guide for optimized support and troubleshooting for WSL environments. Support a seamless integration of WSL with existing IT infrastructure. Apple Business Manager: Evaluate and guide/help implement Apple Business Manager. Guide for best integration of Apple devices into the corporate environment. Provide inputs for device enrollment, configuration, and compliance. GPO Transition to Intune Policies: Help plan and execute the transition of GPO settings to Intune policies. Ensure policy compliance and security standards are maintained. Contribute to ensure adequate provision of training and support for IT staff on new policies. Remote Desktop for Apple Devices: Participate in the Implementation and management of remote desktop solutions for Apple devices. Assist to guide best implementation of support and troubleshooting services for remote desktop connections. Contribute to ensure secure and efficient remote access for users. ARM Architecture: Help evaluate the feasibility of a migration from Intel by gathering and analyzing user feedback. Participate and guide a proof of concept. Contribute to manage the deployment of Copilot + PCs to a diverse group of users. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with Windows Update for Business, WSL, Apple Business Manager, Intune, remote desktop solutions, and IT project management, particularly in system migrations. Strong knowledge of Windows on Arm architecture and its applications. Experience with user testing and feedback aggregation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Apple Certified Support Professional, and Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate) are a plus.
