In this context, we are looking for a Seller Account Manager (m/f/d) who will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with medium-sized sales partners that have significant growth potential.Areas of Responsibility: You manage and improve relationships with regularly changing medium-sized sales partners, focusing on the DIY and garden sectors.Your Tasks: You are responsible for defining the partnership strategy, roadmap, goals, and budget for medium-sized sales partners. You have a 360° view of your sales partners to prioritize the most impactful initiatives in your portfolio and support strategic negotiations. You assist sales partners in defining and implementing their roadmaps and business development at ManoMano. You manage the day-to-day operations and performance of your sales partners. You facilitate collaboration and communication between technical and commercial teams. You deliver rapid commercial results by identifying new market opportunities with existing sales partners. PROFILE You have native-level proficiency in German. You are motivated by achieving sales targets, know how to analyze them, and create action plans to achieve your goals. Excellent business acumen and a hands-on approach. Strong ability to define and drive a clear strategy for sales partnerships that aligns with company goals. Great interest in the DIY sector and a general understanding of the challenges in e-commerce (UX, B2B, assortment, delivery experience, competitors). High innovation capability and the ability to recognize new opportunities. Strong negotiation skills and proven success in closing large deals. Advanced analytical skills (including Google Sheets, Excel, and Qlik; SQL is an advantage) with complete independence. Strong persuasiveness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report and influence at a high level. Confident in dealing with a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
