The Global Early Access (EA) Manager provides leadership and direction in Early Access fields (e.g., Early Access Programs-EAP, Named Patient…). The EA Manager works closely with the EA & Patient Support Program Director by providing support as needed on EA topics (audit/inspection, reporting to Health Authorities, EA process continuous improvement through experience and opportunities identification, integration of legacy EA initiatives from acquisition, EA strategy for any new Product/Indication, EA initiatives set-up, EA Project Manager(s) on-boarding and mentoring, shared learning across GMA EA Group…). The EA Manager drives excellence in Early Access and manages the: Implementation and execution of Early Access initiatives up to completion (all Therapeutic Areas/all products) with high quality as per Ipsen’s standards and requirements. Supervision of Early Access initiatives when handled by Ipsen affiliates. Development of EA documentation (e.g. patient access form, order form, informed consent form, HCP responsibilities) by Product/Indication. This role is critical for the operational delivery and effectiveness of Early Access initiatives. In order to be considered for this role, you must have Healthcare Professional qualifications (pharmacist, etc.) or an advanced degree coupled with global early access experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrating a value-add capability and mindset to provide strong direct global leadership/project management. You will have exceptional communication and influencing skills.
