Reporting to the Product Department, as a UX Designer for our solutions you will be responsible for designing and optimising the user experience for our applications and solutions by analysing user needs and developing effective and enjoyable user journeys. You will optimise the existing offering and develop new products.You will work closely with product managers, development teams and our customers to create solutions that meet customer and end-user needs.Your tasks will be as follows:User research:- Conducting market research and surveys to understand user needs,- Create user personas to better identify target users,- Analyse feedback from existing users to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.Designing the user interface:- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and visual mock-ups,- Design intuitive navigation flows and logical information architectures,- Work with the development team to ensure feasibility of implementation.Usability testing:- Planning and carrying out usability tests to assess the user-friendliness of the interface,- Gather user feedback and data to improve the interface,- Make adjustments based on test results.Documentation:- Create detailed design documents, user guides and user interface specifications,- Ensuring the consistency and integrity of the user experience throughout the software.With a degree in interaction design, user interface design, cognitive psychology or a related field, you have previous experience in UX design for business software or enterprise applications.You have:A solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles, usability and interaction design best practice in software.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of user research methods, usability testing and data analysis techniques adapted to software.You are proficient in software-specific design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.You are be able to:Work in an agile environment specific to software development and be able to adapt quickly to changes.Manage several software development projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
