IT Architect - Network

Candidate Profile

• You are a Master Degree holder (Engineering or equivalent).
• You have experience with Cisco technologies, especially Cisco ACI.
• You show good understanding of routing, switching and security mechanisms and concepts.
• You have some knowledge in the telecom and datacenter world.
• You are fluent in English, French and any other language considered as a plus.
• You are curious, proactive and solution oriented.
• You are open-minded and have a strong team spirit.

Activities

• We have an exciting new opportunity to join our IT Architect & Engineering Team in Geneva as Network IT Architect.
• You will:
• Keep the network infrastructure up to date.
• Ensure the TotalEnergies directives are implemented in a timely manner.
• Build the budget for the technologies you manage.
• Describe installation procedures, equipment configuration and operational documentation.
• Train and accompany the operations team in mastering their tasks.
• Provide level 3 support on LAN and WIFI Network equipment:
• Cisco Networking (ACI, Nexus, Catalyst)
• Cisco Wireless Controller
• Cisco Managing tools (DNCM, DNAC, ISE)
• Terraform Automation
• Participate in datacenter projects.
• Participate in the worldwide WAN and Telecom infrastructure evolution.
• Participate in managing the network flow monitoring solution.

Context & Environment

We are looking for an IT Architect / Network Engineer to enhance our Network and Security team to support the growth of our trading activities (T&S and TGP).

The candidate must confirm a minimum of 1 year on Network technologies. An experience in managing datacenter is a plus.

Reporting to the Team Leader Network and Security, you will be responsible for managing a global network infrastructure. You need to keep up with the technological evolution of solutions, guaranteeing availability and performances of it. You will be in charge of training the operators doing the daily run. You also need to manage and define your technology budgets.

You will evolve in a fast-paced and international environment, and you will have the chance to work with passionate people about what they do and who are never short in ideas.
