Position Summary We are searching for a talented Field Sales Senior Manager for our one of our Mid-Market Accounts Team in France that can bring new expertise and industry best practices to the team and help us achieve our ambitious goals. The Field Sales Senior Manager will: Lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives who sell ADP solutions, including payroll and Human Management Capital to new and existing clients. In this role, you will be required to: Develop the long-term Sales strategy and effectively provide leadership and direction to the team you are managing. Guide your team towards achieving sales objectives through coordination and communication between ADP’s clients & prospects, internal support partners, and your team. Key Requirements Business leadership As a 'business owner' for your team, deploy the Company's Sales objectives and support the Sales Transformation to international in line with ADP strategy. Within a defined geographic territory close Sales, win business, and reach Sales goals. Provide visibility on Sales activities, providing accurate monthly forecast and ensuring maintenance of Salesforce.com with all new account, opportunity, contact and adhere to the current defined Sales processes. Liaise closely with the VP & DVP of Sales and colleagues within the French Sales organization and global Sales organizations in pursuance of a consistent approach to Sales/product/commercial strategy. Manage the Sales activity and the Mid-Market Accounts strategy in line with Client needs and ADP’s financial business objectives and define operational priorities in alignment with the Client Service BU. Be the main point of contact for all field escalations within your organization. Understand the matrix network needed to address and resolve escalations from the field, escalating only when VP & DVP input is needed. Ensure decision making is data driven from accurate data sources. People leadership Lead a Sales team by communicating a vision that encourages action. Manage a Sales team daily, coordinating resources, monitoring activity, and where necessary initiating corrective action to ensure sustainable delivery of results. Recruit, on-board, motivate, develop and coach Sales associates to fulfil their potential, to achieve both revenue and new business Sales targets, providing performance feedback and coaching. Market leadership Identify and share trends, insights and threats that will add context to monthly reporting and sales performance & identify opportunities for growth. Drive Sales performance using processes defined within the internal & external ecosystem. Work closely with other functional areas (such as Finance, Sales Operations, Service & Implementation teams, Legal, Marketing, Business Consulting team) to ensure the smooth implementation of Sales. Manage inputs from the field around areas of impact (Product/implementation/Pricing/Service/NPS/implementation slots etc.). Provide data-based insight on the impact of competition on performance. Your background: Must-Have: In-depth Sales experience within the HCM, payroll & SaaS industry, preferred in the environment of Large / Global Accounts. Proven track record of managing a highly performing Sales team daily, coordinating resources, monitoring activity, and where necessary initiating corrective action to ensure sustainable delivery of results. French Native; English business fluent Experience in handling complex, multi-country Sales engagements, selling to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, especially C-suite. Demonstrate a track record of over-achievement against assigned Sales quotas both as a Salesperson and as a manager, within an international environment. Excellent work ethic, motivation and leadership skills Must demonstrate sufficient flexibility to be able to adapt and respond so as to meet the needs of shifting goals. Must be able to delegate and coordinate workloads to achieve overall objectives within specified time and budget. Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, personal integrity and a positive attitude in all dealings with colleagues/Clients. Preferably experienced within a Financial/Consultative Sales background. Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge Prospects to improve their business processes. Strategic and commercial awareness, Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset. Skilled in effective use of CRM Ability to travel internationally for business purposes (internal meetings or Prospect meetings).
