Join us at Deepki to make Real Estate Virtuous.As an Advanced Product Designer, you will be part of the Product Design under the lead of the VP Experience & Design and the Head of Product. In your position, you will be: Working in co-creation, closely interacting with the Product Management, Tech, R&D, and Product Design Team to grow and update Deepki’s platform. Following a User-centered design process to re-imagine what Deepki’s platform could be from user research to ideation to concepting, workflow, pixel-perfect design, prototyping including user tests, redesign, and integration. Contributing to the expansion, industrialization, and deployment of Deepki’s design system, including the design philosophy, UX principles, and all components. Your Skills:Who are we looking for? This is everything we could wish for from the hard skills to the soft skills.Hard Skills: 3+ years of experience as Digital Product Designer. Familiarity with B2B and SaaS environments. Ability to work in a complex environment. Strong UX Design Skills - Information architecture, Process, and Workflow Design. Equally strong Graphic and UI design skills. Familiarity with Figma. Comfortable with the user-centric design process (Design Thinking). Solid User Research skills from protocol design to synthesis. Solid Design System skills. Deep Design & Tech integration Skills. Experience working closely with Product Managers and/or Product Owners. Knowledge of Jira/Confluence and other UX or Analytics software. Experience facilitating co-creation workshops both f2f and remotely. A strong up-to-date portfolio (applications without a portfolio will not be accepted). Soft Skills: A desire to give meaning to your work by fighting climate change. Curiosity and passion for design. A team player who collaborates well with other designers. Independent but not individualist. Positive and solution-minded. Conceptual but also detail-oriented. Quick-witted and comfortable in complex environments. Creative yet resilient in pursuing ideas. Solid language skills (At least French & English). Nice to have skills: A university degree in UI Design, UX Design, Product Design, Digital, or a related design or artistic discipline. Experience in a startup environment. Knowledge of ESG. Knowledge of Real Estate.
