Project Manager in telecommunications sector, France

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the telecommunications sector to oversee one of our complex project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-stakes projects and a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of the project. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a complex project within the telecommunications sector, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals. Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions. Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Leverage Salesforce Commerce Cloud to optimize project workflows and enhance overall efficiency. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects. Experience with Headless projects might be a plus. Requirements Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple aspects of a complex project simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
