In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our human resources operations through data-driven insights and streamlined processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving our HRIS landscape, enhancing and optimizing operational efficiencies. If you have a passion for leveraging data to inform decisions and improve HR processes, we invite you to be part of our innovative and collaborative environment.Your responsibilities:HRIS Project Management and Process Optimization:Lead cross-functional project groups and coordinate the various parties involved in the project, Functional Expert, IS Project Manager, External Consultants, End-Users.Draw up functional specifications,Oversee functional testing and acceptance, if required,Monitor application development and maintenance (when applications are in production), Collaborate with process owners to analyze, optimize / internationalize, automate, and expand HR systems to meet evolving needs HR processesProvide first-level support for HR systems, addressing user inquiries and issuesEnsure data quality of HR data in coordination with responsible departmentsConduct HR system trainings and manage training materials in coordination with the HR CommunityHR Analytics :Handle HR monthly reporting, including special requested reports, to provide insights and support decision-makingCreate and maintain comprehensive Human Capital Management and HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIsSupport various departments and projects with the required HR dataOffer data-based recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives, enhancing overall organizational effectivenessYour background : Master’s degree or higher education in the area of Data Science or in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant areas5+ years of HRIS Project Management & Data Analytics.
