The service holder will be in charge of providing hull management services within the FPSO Team, during the engineering studies and Venus FPSO CCFT.ACTIVITIESAdopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE, to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility and to comply with H3SE training requirements needed to perform the services.Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy, promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within the Project.Be informed of Hull-related Company Rules and Specifications (CR’s/GS’s), international norms and standards, extracting all the applicable requirements for the Venus FPSO Hull, including but not limited to Key Technical Requirements.Identify, implement, and manage any study or survey requested for Hull engineering, construction, fabrication, testing, installation, etc., in coordination with the FPSO team and management.Define, develop, issue, and maintain all necessary technical documentation related to the FPSO Hull. Support and participate in the development and maintenance of Project Management main documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, Risks, etc.) related to his perimeter.Ensure that all engineering, fabrication, construction, testing, qualification pre-commissioning, and commissioning aspects are suitably addressed during the different engineering phases by timely reviewing and validating the relevant FPSO Hull documentation issued by Contractor(s).Ensure that HSE&Q issues are correctly handled in all FPSO Hull technical documentation. Raise comments, highlight deviations, and unacceptable or unjustified design choices that could affect FPSO Hull during fabrication, installation, and production.Act as a technical referent vis-à-vis Contractor(s), coordinating all activities of the Hull area, supporting and directing personnel in their roles, responsibilities, and objectives as required.Liaise with the other Package teams (SURF, SPS, etc.) to ensure swift resolution of Interface matters.Participate in project reviews as requested by TotalEnergies’ referential (PR, DER, CSPP, etc.).Ensure safe working practices are used within the team along all phases of the project and ensure active participation in the HSE continuous improvement program.Ensure adequate and timely reporting to the FPSO Manager, including consolidation reports, presentations, and the like.Assist and support the FPSO Manager on all aspects of the FPSO related Call For Tender, Clarification & evaluation process.Participate in CFT clarification meetings and ensure follow-up activities.Participate in the preparation of the RTA, in coordination with the full FPSO team.Be aware of the Interface Management lessons & learns on similar Projects and take benefit of them for the Project.CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENTThe activity takes place in the context of the pre-FID phase of a major project in Namibia, in an affiliate being created and whose challenges and scope are currently being defined. The Venus GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the development studies managed by TotalEnergies OneTech on the Deep-Water discoveries of offshore Namibia.The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoirs development and management, the EPCI & OM FPSO contracts, and subsea production/injection system definition.The Venus Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing costs, and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus.DURATION / LOCATIONStarting date: August 2024Duration: 12 monthsRenewable: Yes (up to 5 years after FPSO, SURF, and SPS packages contracts award)Location: FRANCE / Paris area and after CLOA at Contractor engineering siteStatus: ResidentialQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREDQualification: Good experience in engineering for similar type of project and experience in studies and execution phases of large offshore oil & gas projects.Languages: English and French.Professional Experience: at least 15 years of Experience.Experience within project: at least 10 years of experience in large offshore oil & gas projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
