Recognized as Future40, DeepTech, and incubated by StationF, BNP and Euratech Become cashflow positive after 3 months of selling, reaching 1M€/y within 6 months Build an international environment with more than 6 nationalities, with a strong remote-friendly culture, where 50% of the employees are already working from all parts of Europe Earn the trust of hundreds of customers, with a fast expansion in West Europe The Role: As an Analytical Engineer at Flowie, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing millions of events to generate valuable business and sales insights. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making for both our customers and our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Event Data Management:Develop and maintain scalable data models to support the processing and analysis of millions of events.Implement efficient data integration pipelines to ensure data quality and consistency.Business and Sales Insights:Perform detailed data analysis to generate actionable business and sales insights.Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key metrics for customers and the sales team.Customer and Sales Team Collaboration:Work closely with customers and the sales team to understand their data needs and requirements.Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data solutions that drive sales and customer engagement.Performance Optimization:Optimize data queries and processes for performance and efficiency.Implement best practices for data management and analysis to handle large-scale event data.Innovation and Best Practices:Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data analytics and event processing.Propose innovative solutions to improve data analysis, reporting, and the generation of business insights.Documentation and Training:Document data models, processes, and analysis methodologies.Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and best practices.. Requirements: Proven experience as an Analytical Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on managing and analyzing large-scale event data.Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data analysis.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
