MissionHead of group ESG coordinates Sportscape ESG plan. He/She contributes to ESG strategy definition, leads ESG strategy implementation, monitors ESG performance KPIs and manages internal and external communication in particular in consistency with latest CSRD requirements.Key responsibilities in this role:Identifying and assessing ESG risks and opportunities for Sportscape businessManaging ESG regulatory watch, in particular regarding CSRDContributing to ESG strategy definition through interactions with management team, exec team and business stakeholdersImplementing ESG group strategy in coordination with all internal and external stakeholdersMonitoring ESG strategy implementation progress and ESG corporate performanceManaging internal and external ESG reporting and commmunicationProfilA bit about you :As a PSS employee we assume you will have a problem-solving mindset, able to respond to challenges with creative solutions. You will be a team player and will be willing to get stuck in to get things done. We do however require a few specifics from you.To be successful in this role you mustBe a fluent French and English speakerHave higher education in environment, sustainable development, CSR or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in an ESG related role, if possible in Retail, if possible for a medium size companyRely on in-depth ESG culture and ESG best practice knowledgeHave deep understanding of corporate reporting standards and requirements - particularly CSRD requirementsHave an understanding of ESG legislation in both UK and FranceHave data driven mindset along with the ability to be hands onBe highly numerate and logical - able to interpret results and suggest next stepsHave experience of using Microsoft Excel to view and manipulate data (eg Pivot Tables)Have excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and if needed to manage projectsHave high level of integrity with strong sense of team orientationGreat listening skills, ability to align stakeholders of diverseculturalbackgroundRequirements :Contract : Permanent contractLocation : Montpellier (France), with some remote work, regular travels to the UK #J-18808-Ljbffr
