Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager Join our European Commercial team as Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager and help us to break barriers to profitable growth! In this pivotal role, you will deliver organisational behavioural change by partnering with markets across Europe to implement transformational NRM processes, playbooks, and trainings. Key Responsibilities: Collaboratively develop Essity NRM processes and playbooks. Manage the ongoing creation and delivery of the Essity NRM Academy. Drive and communicate adherence and adoption of the Essity way of working. Who You Are: Extensive experience within FMCG industry, within commercial or strategic business roles. Proven experience within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P). Exceptional organizational skills: ability to stay in control of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Excellent collaboration skills: experience in achieving results in a matrix organization. In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy, and Trade Investment. Fluent in English.
