Junior Lawyer in Global Financial Markets

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Lawyer to join our Banking and Finance team in Luxembourg. As a member of our team, you will work on various areas of banking and finance, including lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, restructuring and insolvency, real estate and asset finance, structured finance, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial documents and agreements
• Conduct research and analysis on financial regulations and laws
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement financial strategies
• Provide support to clients on financial matters

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in banking and finance
• Academic degree in law
• Fluency in English, proficiency in French, and any additional language skills
• Commitment, team spirit, and communication skills
