Pernod Ricard is looking for an Accountant within Pernod Ricard's Leap ERP transformation program, and as part of Record to Decide teams, is tasked with designing the General Ledger (GL) accounting processes that will be implemented in the new ERP system. This role focuses on ensuring these processes are efficient, compliant, and capable of supporting accurate financial reporting and analysis across the organization. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.   Your Key Missions Process Design: You will develop and standardize GL accounting processes, including but not limited to, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation, ensuring they align with accounting principles and ERP capabilities. Compliance and Controls: You will ensure the designed processes meet all regulatory compliance requirements and internal controls, minimizing financial risk. ERP Integration: You will collaborate with the ERP implementation team to integrate accounting processes, ensuring accurate data capture, analysis and reporting functionality. Financial Reporting: You will design processes within the ERP to facilitate timely and accurate financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Collaboration and Training: You will work closely with finance and Tech teams to ensure smooth implementation of GL processes. Develop and deliver training to accounting staff on new processes and ERP functionalities, in reparation for pilots and rollout.
