MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Within the information systems department of our client in the Luxury Retail sector, the department in charge of application and evolutionary maintenance wishes to stabilize its SAP production tool through the Problem Management process in the Supply Chain area. In this respect, our customer wishes to optimize the resolution of recurring incidents and allow the scalability of its SAP application system on SD and MM modules. DESCRIPTION OF MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES: Needs analysis Proposal of sustainable solutions Design of selected solutions Solution acceptance and implementation Documentation and capitalization (mapping and transfer of ownership) Post Go Live Support MISSIONS : Direct link with users and IT services: Writing functional and technical specifications Writing User Guide Preparation of operational bodies PROFILE: Confirmed consultant, preferably with experience in retail on these modules (3-5 years), if not, strong motivation required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
