Context and EnvironmentWith the Global Accounting team, you will be part of the Technical Accounting & Accounting Policies team. This position can be based in Lyon or Toulouse in France; Hamburg in Germany, Abingdon in the United Kingdom and Verona in Italy.What we are looking for:Minimum 6 years of experience in an IFRS context (Big four or Listed Company)Ability to interact with various stakeholders, breakdown complex accounting issues, explain and present them to managementExperience of working in an international environment, ideally in Pharma/ BiotechExperience with PCAOB Audits and SOxFluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, German, Italian or another European language is a plus.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of technical and complex accounting topics, complex transactions, and contractsAnswer technical accounting questions to various stakeholdersMonitoring of accounting and reporting updates and implementation of new standards and regulationsPreparation and update of the Group’s Accounting PoliciesMonitoring and enforcement of the Policies within the GroupPreparation of internal training materialsParticipation in the external reporting process and ensuring compliance with the regulator’s guidelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
