Product Designer

As a member of the 360Learning Product team, you’ll join our experienced PMs, Engineers, and Product Designers. You will be involved in the entire product development process, from brainstorming to final pixels. You’ll be joining a squad, dedicated to a strategic segment of the product. You will be working on innovative features and funnels to deliver a world-class experience.As a Product Designer, you’ll join the Paths squad in charge of helping authors create and share engaging content, ensuring learners’ smooth experience while managers can track and manage paths’ completion. You'll partner with other stakeholders throughout the product development life cycle from beginning to end: translating insights into initiatives, defining user experience workflows, making complex information understandable and designing concepts that are simple and answer our users’ pains with delight.Within 1 month, you will : Meet your squad, our Product Design team and all other relevant teams at 360Get to know and embrace our Convexity cultureDiscover our tools and processes and start your first projectsUnderstand our product vision and strategic prioritiesParticipate in Design reviews and other rituals from the Design and Product teamsWithin 3 months, you will : Be an active member of your squad and set your routine to deliver great designConduct user research to gain insights and leverage data to take decisionsCreate seamless and delightful flows to provide the best user experience to our usersEnsure design consistency across our product from conception to design handoffUnderstand our product roadmap and contribute to your squad’s roadmapWithin 6 months, you will : Enhance and improve processes in your squad and in the Design teamAutonomously lead discussions and workshops with various stakeholders and clientsBuild a long-term vision with and for your squadContribute to transversal projects such as our Design System or accessibilityUnderstand our revenue model, how it fits in the market and our competitorsWithin 12 months, you will : Be the expert of your scope and mentor other Product Designers on itAdvocate for Design and show its impact on business outcomesMake our product shine outside 360Learning through articles or conferencesContribute to our product success through improved user satisfaction, engagement, and business impactBring innovation to our product through creative and strategic design thinkingThe Skill Set3+ years of experience in start-ups, scale-ups or digital agenciesExcellent portfolio of web showcasing attention to details and strategic thinkingExperience in mobile is a plusEffective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teamsProficient in Figma, from wireframing to prototypingAdaptable to changes in daily work processes and willingness to improve themFluent in English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)What We OfferCompensation: Package includes base salary, a variable component and equity Benefits/Perks: Work From Home stipend, RTT, lunch vouchers, medical insurance, gym subscription, 1 month parental leave for the second parentBalance: Flexible hours, full remote work possible anywhere in France Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: We have 6 active ERGs including Mental Health, Environmental/Sustainability, Women, Parents, LGBTQIA2S+, and Ethnic Diversity.
