Part-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are looking for a part-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and actively contribute to our ongoing success.Main Responsibilities:Budget Organization and Management:* Analyze the company's financial history to build a solid Business Plan (BP).* Define and monitor relevant financial ratios.* Develop and maintain budgets to ensure effective financial management.Cost Control:* Master and analyze the company's costs.* Manage and anticipate expenses to optimize the financial runway.* Alert the management team to potential financial risks.Monthly Reporting:* Prepare detailed monthly financial reports for investors and the internal team.* Provide analyses and recommendations based on financial data.Administrative Project Management:* Manage relationships with financial institutions for bank loans and credits.* Ensure the smooth operation of financial administrative projects.Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar role in SAAS B2B CompaniesExcellent skills in budget management and financial analysis.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication and reporting skills in EnglishProficiency in financial management software and tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
