Permanent contract Consulting PARIS 3 years General Responsibilities Defining and outlining user needs Writing and validating functional test plans Monitoring project progress in collaboration with internal teams and clients Leading functional framing workshops, advising, and guiding clients Participating in change management You combine sector expertise with mastery of digital technologies and innovations on projects involving: Strategy, innovation, and digital transformation Operational performance and the digitization of customer journeys and business processes Management and implementation of business regulations Change management support Recruitment Process A quick and simplified recruitment process in 3 steps: An initial interview with a recruitment manager A second technical interview to test your skills A final interview with an account manager Required Profile Business school or engineering school graduate with significant experience as a functional analyst in varied contexts, with a minimum of 3 years Good knowledge of management software applications on classical architectures: GUI/DBMS/Rule Engine/Data Flows Understanding of relational data schemas and ability to query data through SQL queries are highly appreciated Excellent communication skills, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities Professional proficiency in English You act as the interface between business and IT. You understand business needs to enable their integration into the company’s information system. Technical Skills: Experience with agile methods and project breakdown into Features and User Stories, preferably using Jira Knowledge of API testing tools, real-time process, or GUI (Postman, Cucumber, Selenium, XRay, etc.) and associated automation Familiarity with the Linux environment (user level) Why Work at Novelis?
