To implement and support digital campaign advocacy programmes for PETA entities, including e-mail marketing programmes and online petitionsTerm of Employment:Full-timeLocation:London or remote (hybrid)Reports To:Digital Campaigns ManagerPrimary Responsibilities and Duties:Support the advocacy e-mail programme by writing, building, and/or sending e-mail marketing broadcasts on behalf of PETA entities (including in the UK, Australia, France, and the Netherlands) with the aim of increasing engagement with or awareness of campaignsMaintain and regularly update digital campaign action alerts, which may include updating campaign targets, ensuring the accuracy of the text, and writing campaign updatesBuild and publish action alerts or petitions on PETA entity websitesAnalyse and test the success of e-mail engagementTrack and analyse the success of action alertsLaunch and analyse the performance of Facebook adsAssist with technical development and problem-solving relating to e-mails and action alertsAssist the digital campaigns manager with e-mail list management, data hygiene, and growthAssist the digital campaigns manager with writing and building blogsPerform any other duties assigned by the supervisorQualifications:Experience in e-mail marketing and marketing automationKnowledge of Google Analytics 4 preferredKnowledge of Facebook ads preferredKnowledge of HTML an advantage but not essentialIntermediate knowledge of photo editing using Photoshop or CanvaExperience with e-campaigning tools such as Engaging Networks preferredKnowledge of the latest digital marketing trendsExcellent analytical skillsExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic with a focus on efficiency, patience, a positive attitude, and innovative ideasFrench and/or Dutch language skills a strong advantage but not a requirementKnowledge of animal rights issues and PETA campaignsAdherence to a vegan lifestyle strongly preferredAbility to advocate the organisation’s positions on issues to the public in a professional mannerCommitment to the objectives of the organisationAll mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. * First Name Last Name E-Mail Address Sign up for e-mails from PETA UK including: Sign up for e-mails from PETA UK including:  Tick this box to receive PETA E-News and other e-mails, including on other ways to help animals, such as by signing petitions and donating to fund our work You can read our full privacy policy here .
