Job Requirements / Description
Co-develop and implement knowledge sharing & trainings for internal (Marketing & Sales teams) and external (sales representatives, telesales etc.) customers through the:Creation and construction of workshopsDevelopment and translation of new trends, culinary techniquesSupport the front- and backend innovation process through:Translating trends, new culinary techniques, operator issues/opportunities into business opportunities (ideas for innovation are very welcome!)Supporting the platform leaders/managers and R&D in translating operator insights to ideas and concepts on project briefingsSupporting/advising innovation project teams on project brief and product development through e.g. product testingSupport Marketing team to develop sales tools (culinary inspiration, selling story...) and content for Horeca channel (Offline/online content) into creating culinary inspiration and selling stories for brochures, magazines and social media.Work strongly together and share a kitchen with the French Pastry advisorDisplay your culinary skills at customer demonstrations & trade fairs (national and regional)Support the national network (Chefs ambassadors & partners), being the linking pin of a strong network of chefs and the company #J-18808-Ljbffr
